Units were dispatched at 1311 for Haz Mat box 59-7 for oil in the creek . Rescue 59 and Engine 59-2 went en route and was advised that they had a tree trimming truck that has overturned and rolled down the embankment into the creek with injuries. Rescue 59 arrived and started to deploy booms and also started damming efforts to control the leaking fluids into the creek . Chief 59 advised he needed Hazmat 91 and also to contact York Water .  Units cleared the scene at 1848
